In this third module - Nervous System, we begin with a somatic observation of the autonomic nervous system - sympathetic and parasympathetic. We learn to feel the MRP, the primary respiratory mechanism, in the aquatic environment. We explore the craniosacral therapeutic approach, the membranes of the brain and the spinal cord, in order to perceive the cerebrospinal fluid and its rhythmic pulsation.

This training is open to everyone; osteopaths, therapists working in water, bodyworkers and dancers who wish to develop their experience in the aquatic environment.

Prices:

250 Euros, includes the 2-day training with various practices and activities, access to the pool, and all necessary equipment for the practices. A deposit is required upon registration to secure your place in the training.
