In this first module, we begin with an aquatic diagnosis and work on the myofascial meridians of the upper and lower limbs, as well as the pelvis and shoulder girdle. We also explore biotensegrity, in its tissue-based approach, with its retention and adaptation systems, as well as various therapeutic tools, such as the fulcrum, its pressure points, and myofascial relaxation techniques.

This training is accessible to everyone: osteopaths, therapists working in water, bodyworkers and dancers who wish to develop their experience in the aquatic environment.

The price is CHF 320, which includes the 2-day training course, all practical exercises and activities, necessary equipment, and access to the swimming pool. Meals are not included, but on-site accommodation is available (prices vary depending on the type of accommodation).

A deposit is required upon registration to secure your place in the training.
